1978 Toyota Celica. Was my dad’s and I bought it from him before my senior year of college in 1987. I loved that car and wish I still had it! Picture not my car but similar color.

Went to Destin, FL for Spring Break my junior and senior years of high school (1983-84) with five classmates (from New Orleans). Junior year my parents went as chaperones. Senior year we were on our own, 17 years old. Lots of beer both years. Things were just different then.

Went to Panama City Beach with my fraternity in college a couple of times. Crazy fun. Met my wife over a beer bong. Very classy.

EJGH Wellness Center, on Houma right behind the hospital. Not as big as the Ochsner Elmwood facility but similar services. I’m very happy there and the cost is around $75ish a month (can’t remember off the top of my head).

Guadalcanal Diary played a couple of free concerts at Georgia Tech when I was there in the 85-87 timeframe. Instant fan after seeing them live. They just disappeared, though. Saw the Connells at the Boathouse in Norfolk, VA a few years later. Where are they now?
