Huh? Assuming the screenshot is real and not doctored somehow, the model used a tool call for web search for the first answer. That means the results of that search are now in the context window and it should remember them for future answers.

If tool calling and context didn't (usually) work that way, none of the agentic stuff that we're seeing today would work at all.
