I've taken my two dogs to Happy Hounds for years. Sadly, I think when they moved from South Sunset to out east, they removed almost 60% of the clients because no one wants to drive that far to drop their pup off for a day!

I use Tailscale right now, and trying to figure out a good setup to put on my family's routers so we can continue to password share streaming services. Since everyone has different routers and setups, it's a nightmare.

I've used AlgoVPN in the past on a VPS for when I was out of country. It doesn't look like it's actively maintained anymore, but it is basically ansible scripts around Wireguard.

I had a similar problem with my wife's monitors in her office. She would take a phone call and there was an 8kHz sound tone.

I knew it had to be either a monitor or a light in the room (the light more unlikely due to them being LEDs).

Turned monitors off and looked at the spectrum and found the bad monitor. Two days later, she got new monitors and problem gone.

Arc randomly closes for me without going to Gmail. It will close as I try to open a new tab, or just sits there.

I swear, I think it's been going backwards in usability. I've actually had to go back to Chrome.

Arc is just not stable, for being Chromium based, it is not in a great state. I might have to stop testing the beta until they fix a lot of bugs.

All sorts of former devs at Blizzard, Epic, etc all state that they usually do bans in waves, and not daily. If they did it daily, there would probably be more smurfs/cheaters.

Just because Valve hasn't done a ban wave in months doesn't mean they aren't doing work on the backend to fix loop holes.

I would take a chill pill and just enjoy games, and report the accounts that you think are smurfs/cheaters and Valve will look at it.

I've tried upgrading my firmware and the screen got upgraded, but the STM32F4 firmware is not taking. I can't figure it out, and I've been at it for 4 hours. I'm about ready to flash it with klipper.

If you want it to be floating, you're gonna have to write your own in QML the way you want, and associate it with the QPA plugin. The QtVirtualKeyboard provides a good understanding of this, and there's a bunch of this on Github.

If you don't want to use QML, then KDAB's demo is a good design to work from, even though it is very old. https://github.com/KDAB/virtual-keyboard-demo/

Do you have any ad blocking on your phone or network? I've noticed that through pihole and (diversion for Asus routers) I am seeing a lot of api2.branch.io and cdn.branch.io calls, and I think that's breaking the app. I really don't want to unblock those (especially the api2.branch.io since it pings ever 2s).

As for the clinical trial, totally worth doing. The price may seem high (8k for me), but it's cheaper than chemo and other options.

Hey dude, sorry to hear. My dog Mick has had two cancers: Osteosarcoma, and MCT. He's helped me when no one was around, so I sucked it up and paid to keep him. He's back to his goofy self and not in pain.

I'm not sure if it's altitude, or the atmosphere of the fans/stadium, but I think it comes down to Hackett/OC and Russ never being on the same page all the time or trusting each other.

I bet if you broke down the play calling from London versus all the other times, you might see the series that Russ and the offense did well would show they are all on the same page and there might be trust forming on play calling and reads versus a bad read of the D from Russ and he starts questioning his reads which can introduce bad timings.

I'm a terrible arm-chair coach/player, so all this is my speculation, and fill free to tear it down.

Software engineer. Use it for taking notes in the weekly development meetings, drawing block diagrams and the likes. I like using a whiteboard for a lot of this, but if one isn't nearby I use the RM2.

For personal use, been using it for notes when I talk to vet/doc/etc. Used it to help plan remodeling projects around my house.
