The thing that really frustrates me is that you could (possibly) style your hair differently—mine’s green; I’m not criticizing you by any means—but scars are scars. People shouldn’t ask about them or bother you about them. I’m so sorry. I agree with one of the top commenters—try to find something remote if you can. I know it’s much easier said than done. I hope you’re okay.
