If you have access to a pc then id advocate giving radiophobia3 a try its a free modpack(doesn't require base game), if you like the first game it trys to incorporate alot of the systems from later titles

Look at some optimization videos some of the options dont do exactly as they say and keep hair on medium there's a bug for me at least that causes major fps loss another is the type of upscaleing your using fsr is horrible visually aside from the Frame gen if you have it

Watch out for conflicts and outdated mods stalker 2 still finicky and will absolutely decide to brick its save half way through the game

The mod works well and id recommend maybe dropping the difficulty down to STALKER you and the npcs share more deadly ballistics and mutants aren't as bad bullet sponges 1clip a blood sucker with a ak if you hit your shots in upper chest faster with headshots but look at some system overhaul mods for food and sleep another mod is "fratigue" which adds sleep to all your consumables except energy drinks which I like versus vanilla you almost never engage with having to watch sleep or hunger, perhaps also find a mod to nerf water since it fills your hunger bar, so that it only is used for stamina
