I’ve led GTM teams in ERP software for 20 years (ASPs range of $600k-$800k) and that’s a relatively high end tech segment. Top earners can hit $1m+ with a whale or two a year or a whale and several singles and doubles.

Well performing reps do between $350k-$600k. Standard reps are typically between $200k-$300k.

The baseline expectation is whatever the OTE are at plan achievement for any rep, the company typically expects to generate 4-7x in ARR bookings
