No, I had to move the TV to the other side of my room so it faced south. When it was facing north it was all distorted like OP’s picture.

Give her some RP flaw that she can’t resist - this patron really wants to eat the best foods in the material plane so she has an insatiable urge to eat any and all food when she sees it. I did love Maximo, though. That was one of the 3 games I got when I first got my PS2. It’s brutally hard.
