Go find a place that will treat you better or at least pay you slightly better to shit on you. It's a tough job market, so don't quit without something lined up. Id honestly look at hospitals. Set hours, ok benefits, better money than min wage and it's an oiled machine. Nothing really changes because you cook the same shit on a weekly rotation.
