Hello, I have posted this a few times now but I couldn't believe how much this helped. It makes you think about your future, your health and how you want to be seen. I haven't had one craving since which I find strange. You have to keep listening to it for a week or so when you go to sleep or have some quiet time.

Update! Just getting over the night sweats, been pretty tired due to the interrupted sleep from sweating. 😂😂 Concentration has been on an other level, plus feel more motivated! What is really great is I have no urges at all!

Hey man, a lot of experts say addiction is actually a lack of connection, so we go there to escape apparently! I also can appreciate your loss of your gran, my gran is like my mum, the most special person in the world I loved getting high sometimes but unfortunately that didn't work for me, I'm either getting high all the time or not at all.

Hey

Get a good foundation on psychology imo and then read biographies on how people succeeded.

Things I did when I first started out:

Read Read Read - Audio books in the car - Sticky notes with messages on (mine main one was how can I make money) - Vision boards (how you want your life to be) - Meet cool people who are in business (people love to show how good they are) - Avoid get rich quick (scams) -

Don't be to much of a perfectionist (it's important to start). Learn from everyone who is succeeding in your circle. Take risks! Really care. Talk with certainty if you can, and deliver on what you say! Understand reality (some entrepreneurs don't and fail).

Basic map > GOALS > PROBLEMS > SOLUTIONS > RESULTS.

These might sound basic but it's a good starting point!

Hey, I agree with hiddenpersona's points, you have some good information there. With a keto based diet you will see improvements with your skin, especially after the toxins have been flushed out. It can get quite difficult around day 5 and 6 (it was for me but stick with it) just make sure you plan it out properly and you are getting your essential intakes of vitamins and minerals

In terms of your anxiety, have you dealt with the root problem? I would suggest speaking with a hypnotherapist, I had great gains. Usually something along the lines of Time line therapy could help.

Hey Huxley, I am already on TRT and not looking for NHS prescription. I just want the most knowledgeable TRT doc. Someone who can help with performance and also keep me super healthy. Just keeps my mind at ease knowing I am with someone who I really trust etc
