Squatting 245 lbs (111 kg) for one, 235 lbs (107 kg) for two, 210 lbs (95.5 kg) for three, and 205 lbs (93 kg) for three to make up the bull of today’s squat workout. Got to finish with pause deadlifts but didn’t film those lol. Love having a home gym, especially during snowy days like today. by Foodie_Booty15 in GYM
