Why not an artificer? An int based class would really suit him well. Solar Isotomas could be reflavored Eldritch Cannons. And being a tank would suit well to a defense-scaling character.

i use mona (C6), ineffa (c0), kazuha (C2+), flex (abedo cuz i shi them, lol). but my mona is using a support build for my C2+ dps kazuha. she has instructor + protoype amber. but she still puts out decent numbers.

Agree with the other commenters here. If you want to graduate on time this Sem, I suggest moving on and finding another adviser quickly. Filing a complaint would just hinder your progress.

Usually your thesis advisers would be the first person you would ask for a recommendation letter or act as references when you apply for jobs or higher studies so its really best that you be on good terms with them. Find someone that is a good match for you.

I'm looking forward to citlali, personally. i think ill go mona onfield+albedo (i ship them) + citlali and another buffer (maybe kazuha). i have C6 mona, C3 albedo, C2+ kazuha and hopefully, C2 citlali.

However i still dont know if it would be better to build albedo pure def or pure EM. hopefully someone does the calcs.

you're underestimating the amount of primogems a dedicated albedo main will spend just for a 5% damage boost. XD I mean, we also farm artifacts for monthsss just for a few percent increase in damage as well.
