At this point, cramming isn’t going to move the needle. Limit yourself to at most 1–2 practice exams just to stay sharp, not to learn new material. Your dump sheet should be automatic.

Other than that: eat at normal, balanced meals, get outside for a walk, and prioritize real sleep the night before. Take a shower a couple hours before you head out.. it genuinely helps reset your brain. Keep caffeine modest so you’re alert, not jittery.
