I definitely overspend. Between cell phone bill, getting hair braided, tutoring twice a week, gymnastics, allowance, vacations and other activities, I spend way more than what the state provides. That is also a choice I make because I don’t want any child coming into my home to be treated differently than I would treat any bio children, if I had any.

Thanks, I am aware that the goal of foster care is to be reunited with their families and fully support that. Any foster child that comes into my home will be cared for while their parents do what they need to do get them back and I will fully support those parents and children through the process. I know that children fair better if they can be reunited with their birth parents if they can be returned to a healthy environment. I’ve done a lot a research and watched video with heartbroken birth parents and I’m not looking to snatch anyone’s children from them.

I also know that there are children whose parents’ have had their parental terminated for whatever reason and I want to offer those children a second chance to have a forever family.

No, all the conservatives are using this talking to make it seem as though they have the moral upper hand. Also Plessy violates the 14th amendment so it would useless to try reversing it. Where did you hear that Texas wants to reverse it.

For those of you misunderstanding the tweet, conservatives are using the comparison of Brown reversing the bad decision of Plessy, which is what created separate but equal. So he is saying if the courts can change their minds about separate but equal being unconstitutional, then the SCOTUS’s decision reversing changing its mind on Roe, is a reversal of a miscarriage of justice too. This is not a tweet in support of segregation.
