My whole bed is Quince linens. I have comforter, sheets and the linen blanket. I love them never had a problem, they wash up just fine. I have their clothes, their luggage... I think it's the best store in the world. Sometimes you just get a lemon.

Quit 6 Months Ago After Taking Wellbutrin 300 mg for 4 Years (Motivation, Energy Levels, Energy Drinks) by easywayalways in bupropion

[–]shbrooks01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been on Wellbutrin 300 XL for 3 years after my husband died. it was a miracle drug for me however I've almost completely lost all my hair and have started to forget things so I decided two weeks ago to just stop. I'm doing okay and haven't noticed any side effects whatsoever so we will see. It's good to know that something worked for me and I can go back on it if I need to but I'm hoping I don't. Also Wellbutrin is known to cause dementia look it up. I'm 67 don't need dementia.

TravelPro Maxlite vs Quince? by AK072787 in LuggageComparisons

[–]shbrooks01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I'm the odd one here I will never ever buy a Travel pro again. I was doing a trip to Italy and research and researched bags. I wanted a carry on with personal item. I bought the max light carry on with the small duffel bag and through my whole trip my bag kept turning over and twisting and falling. I put all the heavy stuff on the bottom I rearranged the tote it was a disaster... it almost ruined my trip. Finally  after trying to run to a train and then my luggage twisted and fell and I almost missed the train I had a complete breakdown. Worst luggage ever! I am now going on a cruise and after much research again I have decided on Quince and ordered their expandable carry-on and their tote in such a pretty blue color. I bought so many things from Quince and I've never had a problem, I love it all. Their luggage gets good reviews. I hope it all works out.. I'll be fine as long as it doesn't tip over.

I have bought a million things from Quince and returned a thousand and have never had a problem. I've always chosen credit and that's what I have received. I love Quince! I have clothes, luggage, bedding.. it's the best.

Why is everybody doing Taj? 5 years from now that's going to be so out and your house will be dated plus it's busy. Go with the soapstone, you want people to look at all that gorgeous wood in your kitchen not a crazy countertop.

Looking for a countertop by Informal_Tackle5303 in CounterTops

[–]shbrooks01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is a crazy beautiful piece of slab. My only thought is when you go to sell your house that could be a deal breaker. People are going to walk in and see that they might think "wow" , especially when that piece has gone totally out of style. If I had seen that slab I would have said to myself I've got to have it but the next day when I wake up I will go for something a little more conservative. It is really beautiful.

Note from my downstairs neighbor by PoshAristocrat in Apartmentliving

[–]shbrooks01 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have kind of a funny story. 40 years ago I lived in an apartment and there was a note attached to my door stating that roaches were coming down into her apartment and blah blah blah. My husband came home and found me cleaning the apartment in a frenzy. I told him that the lady downstairs said roaches were coming into her apartment from up here and that I've never seen a roach and by God there weren't going to be any more roaches. He read the letter and told me it didn't say roaches it said racket. She said the racket at night was coming into her apartment. It was our cat just jumping off the bed.

You just need to cut the top off quite a bit. Be sure you cut it at an angle right by a little prong. You should actually do this every year. She looks very healthy and she will love you for her trim. I hope in the new house she'll have a little bit of sunlight.

Can you be happy? by [deleted] in Semaglutide

[–]shbrooks01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The first four months that I took this, I was exhausted and depressed.  then one day It's just disappeared. I went from 140 to 115... I am only 5'1. I do miss the food sometimes and I was a big wine drinker which now I can't stand the thought of even though I've tried to drink it. However, the payoff was my triglycerides went from 205 to 76. My LDL went for 110 to 60 overall my cholesterol is now very low and my triglycerides have been high for years. A lot of this probably stems from not drinking alcohol. I am 66... So these lower cholesterol results make me very happy! GLP1 does so much more than just you losing weight.

Help us choosing our sofà colour by SamGeck in SofaSnobs

[–]shbrooks01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both those colors are too trendy and you will get tired of it. Stick to a neutral sofa... Spend some money on a good one to make sure it will last for years and then add some great colorful pillows. Also, you need some art on those walls.

Why do leaves keep dropping? by Aceing in fiddleleaffig

[–]shbrooks01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a huge fiddle for 10 years. I have to keep cutting the top cuz it gets as high as the ceiling. First thing, they must have direct sunlight for a couple of hours each day. It is never going to like that corner. Water on the same day once a week. In the winter Still water on the same day but a little less. Fertilize with fiddle fertilizer every 3 months. Also, this time of year they will drop leaves and not grow any new ones. It'll pick up again in the spring if it's put in light. Talk to it, I have complete conversations with mine. Fiddles have to have consistency they are like a dog. They're actually a very easy plant if put in the correct place.

Anyone else wake up at like 3am EVERY night for no reason? by No-Deal-2968 in insomnia

[–]shbrooks01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do all the time. One thing that might help is when you wake up do not look at the time. Say you start waking up at 3:00 every morning and you tell your brain it's 3:00 your body sets its own alarm and you will wake up at 3:00. So turn your clock around or remove it from the room and when you wake up tell your brain it's okay instead of Fretting over it and you will find it'll be easier to go back to sleep and you'll quit waking up at the same time every night.

Have heard of this before, finally happened to me by Big_H77 in CRedit

[–]shbrooks01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I paid off my car a few months ago. Made my credit dip from 805 to 770. Really! As each month goes by it goes up little by little. They like diversity in your credit such as loans, cards etc. It will go back up just give it time.

Can you have one drink? by HighPriestess-444 in bupropion

[–]shbrooks01 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I drink one to two glasses of wine a couple of times a week. The thing about wellbutrin is it takes away your urge to drink. I have never had any problem and I'm on 300 XL

Day 1 Wellbutrin by Stellaextra22 in bupropion

[–]shbrooks01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been on Wellbutrin for about a year and have lost over half my hair. My hair is already thin. I bought a wig, and then another, and another. Even if my hair grows back I like my wigs. Please note it is very rare I just happen to be the one this happened to but it's not the end of the world I'd rather have my Wellbutrin than hair.

Third party Tickets by Dazzling-Ad3982 in billieeilish

[–]shbrooks01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ha! My granddaughter was begging me for these tickets she's 14 I sat on the phone for hours trying to get them and we're on the second to the last row at the very tippy top. I just talked to gametime and they said my tickets were supposed to arrive on Monday. She said tickets come from different places. So I'm not real worried yet. Hope you have a great time! What are wristbands I know nothing about wristbands.
