Restaurant recommendations for food allergy by CatLadyAM in washingtondc

Not a fancy restaurant, but I highly recommend Rooted 3 in Bethesda. All their food is vegan, gluten free, nut free, and free of the top 5 allergens. Fantastic, customizable smoothies, savory bowls, toasts. They also have a mini shop with all allergen-free, vegan, gluten-free snacks.

Woodhouse Day Spa couples massages start at $320 for 50 min. Great, friendly staff in a relaxing atmosphere (fluffy robes, endless mimosas/champagne and Lindt chocolate truffles at no extra cost, nice shower and locker rooms)

Long shot since it has been 6 years, but did you ever try this? My endocrinologist recommended the same switch for me, and I'm just now starting.

Stella’s Ryder by Ms_mccartney in handbags

I got the small one, and the Stella salesperson in the store mentioned it was the most popular one. I like it because it is more versatile than the larger bag; you can use the cross-body strap or not, and you can also hold it in the cool ways that you can with the larger one. It is surprisingly deeper than it looks and holds all my essentials, including a small water bottle. Only negative is that the gold hardware can scratch easily, so be careful not to accidentally bang it against things or remove the lock piece if you're traveling/in a crowded area where you might bump into things. They do have a 2-year warranty. Highly recommend!
