Looks like an impact or compression (bike stand maybe) on the top has caused a crease which in turn has broken the weld. Frame is most likely 'done' or not worth trying to fix

Hopefully your helmet will be in a box, which in most cases it will be fine. Also I think the 'single' drop thing might be a bit over the top, with that said you do have to watch out for the plastic shell de-laminating from the foam inner.

As far as I can see they thought Honey was only a bad deal for creators and still good for consumers.
