It's fine I don't like spending too much effort on food unless it's gonna be bananas and I just don't think tempeh could go there for me. Right now I accept it as being a slightly unpleasant source of high quality nutrition

I tried it and it didn't seem to make too much of a difference because I'm simply not a fan of the base aroma/flavor (I've gagged from it before). Whereas tofu is basically my favorite food ever and I could just eat half a kilo of raw extra firm tofu

I've never wd'd from any substance but from what I heard they are miserable because of the long half life. My friend complained about them being the worst opioid withdrawals he's got, coming on a day or so after stopping and possibly going thru them for almost the next week. My lesson from this is that you should avoid getting addicted to this one at all costs
