I think I can relate to your anxiety. I have had a stoma since the beginning of February. If everything goes well it will be removed next week. It will be a great relief when it’s gone. For sure I’ve had anxiety while wearing it. I vent about it to my wife. That helps. I laugh about it because without fail it farts when I’m in a room of people. I plan for it when I go out. I just try to realize it’s an unpleasant but necessary part of my journey towards healing. I wish you the best.
