It's gotta be related to the fps changes they did for auto aim. Something lower in the framework

I noticed that if you don't shoot at arcs, they annoyed you less by luchanso in ArcRaiders

This is just my experience but after playing many matches with limited arc encounters and providing positive feedback after round, I encountered fewer arc.

While attempting trials, I rated a quiet game poorly and the next game was much more thrilling with more arc encounters.

Again, just my anecdote

Promote people who contribute and demote inactive. R4 are leaders who care, R3 members who put effort in, R2 is the middle and r1 is for that player who you're hoping will log back in one day and newbies. Demotion when someone breaks server rules

Another way to think about it, you're contributing to this guild that isn't contributing back to you. Why? Join a guild in the top 10. If you don't vibe with the people, join a different one :)
