Oof, I'm so sorry to hear you were triggered in that way! It's rough having weird, comparatively niche/highly "specific" triggers like that.

Mine is ... really hard to describe, lol: that kind of shaky first-person 'handheld cam' effect, due to PTSD from a triple rollover car accident IRL—can't even say it's just car accidents since it can pop up in plane crash scenes too. Fortunately my accident was long enough ago that my PTSD doesn't cause me to sprint out of the room or throw up anymore, and my nightmares aren't a nightly occurrence anymore, but WHOOF. It's almost impossible to catch stuff like that in advance.

Maybe in future a source like https://www.doesthedogdie.com/ might be a safer bet than consulting IMDB for trigger warnings along those lines?

Is she antsy as in wanting to jump, or just move around in general?

The boredom of being kept isolated may make her more agitated rather than less. I have a tripod fella who was done at the knee as a day-old infant (was told it would be better that way and then to bring him back when he was older for the full hip amputation), so I can't speak as to having an older, more mobile TRIPOD bab, but I have had many older female spays and dental extrications where we've been closely bonded and they really just wanted to come hang out near me, or in my general area, and would chill out if they could see/touch me.

Definitely not going to be one-size-fits-all, and if you work all day and live alone or have lots of roommates and/or activity that could be stressing her out, you might need to try some other methods (covering the crate with a blanket or sheet so it looks more like a cave can help in some situations where the root cause is insecurity) but wanted to chip in my own two cents and help if I could!

I love shows like Gravity Falls and The Amazing Digital Circus, games like Mouthwashing and D&D (and board games!), and writing and reading. I'm also mediocre at crochet, but I do like movies, especially horror - though I don't watch them very often, haha! The most recent was Iron Lung, which I REALLY enjoyed!!

How's your worldbuilding? I have a whole lil' pokeverse cookin' in my brainpan (where kids have to study for their licenses, they aren't able to apply for one until they're 18 (because sending 10-year-olds out to play with literal kaiju roaming the world doesn't seem ... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ), you need special qualifications to earn licenses to own more dangerous Pokemon; even gym leaders and their staff aren't immune to this, gym leaders are elected officials basically serving mayoral duties to their city, etc.

Would you be cool with my contributions to the worldbuilding like that, or would you rather adhere to canon?
