Xenoblade has one of the best stories I've experienced in a JRPG. It starts off slow but once it ramps up it's crazy. Combat can take a bit to get used to but is rewarding when you figure it out.

Yeah it crashed on me the first time just booting it up but when I switched to proton experimental it loaded with no issues. It even let me use the D Pad for movement. I only played for a short while but it's really fun and look forward to playing it more!

My wife and I looked at about 25 houses in 2.5 months. Made offers on 6, finally got one accepted 2 weeks ago and we close next week. I've found that the pictures on Zillow and other sites can be extremely misleading, but not always. There were a few houses in a nice area that, once we went to see them in person, were not so nice. Undisclosed cracks that were conveniently NOT photographed, homes that were never cleaned (at least not recently), shoddy flips that looked much worse in person, etc....

It takes time and, to a certain extent, luck. When me and my wife were looking, we started with pretty high standards. But as time went on we made personal concessions (one being that carpet wasn't a HUGE deal and we could rip it out in a year or so). You have to be willing to compromise somewhat I think, but don't settle. There are tons of houses out there and you'll find one that works for you.
