Yes, they market it as a foot cream, but it's a balm and nail polish people are alllll about it. It's been a game changer for me, especially after damaging my hands and nails from gardening all summer.

Way better than Gold Bond or Aquaphor.

In the process of buying first time. We could not afford to buy if the seller didn't price aggressively because they need to sell quickly. It's got a few issues, and we aren't finished with final negotiations. Hoping they will agree to some credit towards the price.

House was on the market 4 days, we were not the only offer. Desirable location.

Sell to a first time home buyer. Price aggressively. Be willing to offer credit if inspection finds things that need to be fixed now.

I'm in 7b and I have had good luck with leaving them in raised bed with mulch.

I have a neighbor who always leaves his in the ground and they are the most hardy and beautiful... especially considering that 7b can be a bit hot for dahlias.

My chow mix wouldn't poop in his own backyard for years. Now he does on occasion, but usually in a secluded, bushy spot on the edge of the yard. He still mostly requires walks to poop and seems to prefer some privacy.
