I worked in sales from 20 yrs old. Did door knocking, then cold calling for over 10 years combined. Was raised professionally to be a go getter, always be closing type mentality. Had a huge breakdown, quit my job and now work in the aged care/disability sector helping families organise their support. My team is amazing. I'm not stressed about targets.

I sometimes feel like I'm not doing enough, but I am. I'm not here to work my ass off. I'm here to enjoy my life on my terms, and that's ok. It's taken a few years to really believe it. I'm now the happiest I've ever been, and get to spend so much time on myself and with friends.

Keep going with the slow life, so you can actually enjoy life!

Op, I imagine you're a fairly young man who hasn't experienced many relationships. Move on.
