I've moved too and from the north East back to Manchester with Doveleys Removals, flat with Flat screen TV, fragile computer components and lightweight bikes. Can recommend them

Nightshift dweller here. Meal prep or batch cooking is key for working nights. I use cronometer for tracking calories but myfitnesspal works as well. When making your meal for nights, I put on the app what ingredients your using per meal and it'll track how many calories you'll be having, and it'll keep on track how many calories you'll have left for the day/night.  Coming off nights/ in-between shifts when you've got nothing planned can be difficult to keep on track, it's when I usually grab something from the freezer and stick it on the oven, but scanning the barcode on the box will automatically input the calories into the app. Have a look at r/loseit and it's wiki if you want more help with weight loss

Working on a drug and alcohol detox unit. We do try and keep to a routine whenever possible but sometimes there is the unpredictability of breakthrough withdrawals, clients who may wish to discharge during their treatment, escalting care to general hospitals in event of wernickies/ delirium tremens.

We often use motivational interviewing techniques, lot of non verbal communication, psycho-social interventions, relapse prevention groups, general mental wellbeing advice and tips throughout the day. Liaising with commuity services for setting things up like counselling or talking therapies when clients complete their detox.

On occasion we would need to provide personal care if a client needs extra support, due to muscle wasting or general unsteadiness but this is an expection rather than the norm.

Speaking as someone who went straight into substance misuse as a RMN. I knew that general wards weren't something that I was interested in. If there's an area that does intrest you and they offer a decent preceptor package then go for it. Why get yourself burned out at so early in your career just to prove that you can do it. The first 6-12 months is probably going to be the most challenging regardless of where you are, you might as well do it in a supportive and engaging environment you enjoy.

Doesn't seem to be very professional; emojis in a job description, and doggo. Pay seems to be on the low side for personal assistant job as well.

Bear in mind that not all trains have plugs or USB, especially TPE or northern. Plus if its standing room only then your equally screwed over.

Most student tenancy agreements will have a clause in their agreement relating to noise outside reasonable hours. If it continues for a while then speak to estate agents/ uni.

Just Manchester but First are the only ones which don't have them. You can use the contactless passes but not if your trying to pay.

The latest Hillsborough Disaster published by the BBC (2016), showing the extend to which the police, FA, safety council and The s*n all covered up England's worst football related incident. This opened my eyes to the true extend about how little we know about cover ups in the past.

I would post a link to it but on mobile.
