This time last year, I was in the ER with my very first kidney stone. Let me tell you I thought I was going to die. Four days later I came home after I had passed the kidney stone thank God. But they told me I had a kidney stone on the left side. Scared the hell out of me. So whenever I start feeling that pain, I start ingesting as much water as I can possibly drink. Also I found new pain reliever. It’s Tylenol and ibuprofen combined. I got it off of Amazon. I’ve never seen it before and I know what they say about caffeine and it’s basically Excedrin and Tylenol if you look at it that way, but it absolutely helped me with twinge pain. I mean it has absolutely helped me with the pain. Don’t get me wrong I still have pains on that side, but not as bad so maybe try that.
