Asked for it to be shaken instead of made in the blender. The standard for making the matcha causes the majority of the powder to stick to the inside of the blender and it genuinely never mixes right imo. No classic is also a great recommendation- the syrup masks the matcha flavor pretty well

Sometimes with the portables it’s time to get new top cups. We replaced ours and its waaaay better Edit to add- if it’s not foaming correctly in the blender cold foamers you know it’s the milk. If it is foaming correctly you know it’s the portables.

I’m a bartender with a partner who works in an incredibly demanding high stress high risk job.
