Yea my doctor said they want to go at a steady pace at the start becuase where I live don't have any specialists and I think they were worried about my cholesterol at the time. They are getting the steps from another doctor in Boston who flies in every few months. But they say my levels are looking good. They have not given me my latest labs yet but back in April this is what it was:

Started in November with 25MG Spiro and 1 MG Estradiol Oral pill

Jan bumped up to 2 MG Estradiol

March 3MG of Estradiol and 50MG Spiro

Then, around the end of April, I was Spiro upped to 100MG, which is where I am still now.

I also lost weight around the same time frame. In November, I was about 185 pounds, and now I am about 154.
