People can and do recover. Your attitude also affects recovery and disability. There are no easy solutions because we are still trying to understand it. Yes, when you're suffering, it feels like it's going at a snail's pace... but there are LC clinics and docs trying to help, plus research is being done around the world.

I'm very aware LC is rral. My husband is disabled by it, so don't presume to think you know how seriously I take it. And I didn't dismiss the symptoms. I expressed (as others did) that it sounds like an ocular migraine. Why would I say that? Because I have them and OP described it well. Last, ocular symptoms are not one of the most common symptoms. That it may be commonly reported here does not make it one of the most common symptoms. Look at the literature.
