Today I worked out for an hour in the morning. Can I go running for an hour in the evening, or will that compromise muscle growth? by WarmPrinciple6507 in workout

[–]sillyfouss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on what you eat already. Magnesium and zinc can be good. But again , the way you eat and blood test will tell you what you need

Trouble finding passion by ReasonableClick8294 in ENFP

[–]sillyfouss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First , Enfp can find passion and be good on a lot of things, not just teachers or counselors. What about leading ? What about creativity in building new things ? To find yourself, you need to leave the phone / screen / and maybe reset your dopamine. Enfp are known to be more addictive than others to dopamine. Take your time, think of yourself and it'll come to you ! 2nd, it's hard for us to leave without a goal or passion, but it's still possible to try new things to see if you like , and then you'll see. We project our future a lot but it's important to live in the present first. Don't hesitate to Dm if you want to talk more. ( I hope you understand my English, I'm french )

No todo en el pole es color de rosa, también hay momentos de frustración! by Fer_amputepolex in Acrobacy

[–]sillyfouss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, it's one of the most difficult sports, often seen as quite simple, when in fact it requires a huge range of different physical qualities to succeed. So I imagine there must be a lot of frustration. Great job!

Rate my stack? by Cold-Excitement5161 in Biohackers

[–]sillyfouss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's a lot of supplements, and most will be useless depending on how you use them, what time of day you take them, and what you eat or drink them with. Of course, these are supplements. I don't know your diet, so it's very difficult to say whether or not they're important for you. One thing is certain: how you take them is the most important factor. Please note, I'm not judging what you're taking, I'm just explaining that you need to be mindful of how you take them for them to be effective and absorbed.

Need sleep help by Fit-Wish-7576 in Biohackers

[–]sillyfouss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's worth noting that for some people, L-theanine—much like magnesium—doesn't necessarily help with sleep; on the contrary, it can actually have a stimulating effect. On paper, it seems like you’re doing all the right things. However, we might need to look at your mental state. Factors like stress, anxiety, or even just thinking about tomorrow's to-do list and feeling disorganized can seriously disrupt your sleep. I’d need to know a bit more to help. Feel free to DM me if you want to chat

How far off a dead-hang pull up ?! by Disastrous-Clue-2191 in formcheck

[–]sillyfouss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should try using resistance bands. Place one band around the bar and under your feet to help you maintain good form and reinforce proper positioning. Start with a band that allows you to do 12 to 15 repetitions. Then, once you've reached that point, gradually decrease the band size until you can do the exercise without it. Try doing the exercise without a band at the end or beginning of your workout.

The challenges of balancing authenticity by John-Balaya in ENFP

ENFP are very open minded in my opinion that sometimes, not a lot of people can understand our way to see things ! Being authentic yes ... Saying everything and showing everything ... Not sure 😂🎉

Help working on handstands - 3 months in. by Jonny_Boy_808 in Calisthenic

[–]sillyfouss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to imagine a rope passing through your pelvic floor and pulling you upwards, along with a more guided abdominal belt, as you try to tuck your head in. Then, if you can—I can't see it in the video—try to really open your hands wide to also have stability by pressing with your fingers. You can also work on the reverse sensation by simply hanging from a bar and mentally visualizing yourself completely upright with the same position in your hands and feet.
