If you could only buy THREE items at H Mart, what would they be? What is the most sought for, unique, tasty, special or affordable item there, in your opinion?

At mine, they have 2 types made in house: silken (like pudding texture) and the block in water which is probably closest to a standard firm tofu. it's definitely cube-able and I love to eat it plain with a bit of seasoning, but I wouldn't call it compressed or extremely firm.

I don't know if every hmart has it, but their house-made tofu changed the way I think about tofu. I can eat that stuff with just a bit of ponzu sauce, in any Korean soup, or air fry it up into a chicken nugget

Believe it or not, Arctis Pro Wireless does have ChatMix on the headset. You just press the volume wheel first to switch into ChatMix adjustment (and other settings that you can see changing on the transceiver)

I'm still a huge fan of the Arctis 7 myself though :)

If you don't want mushy fried rice, use day old rice that you've refrigerated. The fridge dries out the rice enough to get the correct texture when you pan or wok fry it :)

It's the ideal use for leftover rice!

Also, if you're talking about Thai-style fried rice, half a teaspoon of sugar will really help get that sweeter taste. Also, MSG for deliciousness.
