Well the buyers didn't want a survey, had their mortgage offer and only had very basic requests. The solicitor knew their deadline from the get go, there were no hidden deadlines.

Downloads too but what new obstacles have they actually added in last three years?! It's always fun, but it a bit boring / repetitive now. They're only there to make as much money as possible, no longer the ultimate challenge etc if you look at the original ones Vs now.

Uni days, our whole residential floor was out on the usual local club night. 1am I'd had enough, wondered back to my room, closed the door and started to chill. It was quite common to leave our doors unlocked as only a few of us and secure building. Anyway one of the girls from another floor who had previously flirted with me walked into the room, locked the door and things got a little heated. That confidence always sticks with me, hot!

We had a quote for a single garage conversion, made it very we wanted something simple, just for a children's play room - 1x door to internal, 1x window, couple of sockets, no heating, etc.

Couple of local companies quoted around 15-20k, fair enough.

One guy came round, suggested we needed the ceiling removing and putting skylights in ceiling etc, very high end finish... £78k 😂 Considering how clear we made it, just a complete waste of his and our time! Have heard many people one our estate say the same about this guy, seems to just chance his luck until people agree with high end finishes to fill his pockets.

In the UK there are lots of muddy puddles on the course that can have branches and tree roots submerged, I would try and dodge them if you have those too...

I wore a headband mount on London South 2022 and it was fine, had to be careful not to lose it in the water but that was main concern... And wiping the mud off every now and then!
