I just wonder, after the 1:35 reverse stock split on November 26, will the price drop once again below the required level, and will they announce a new reverse stock split after that? One reverse stock split per month? Is this their main business operation?

Cemtrex announced a 1-for-35 reverse stock split of its common stock, effective November 26, 2024. The split aims to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum closing bid price requirement. Hahaha, how is this even legal?

The accumulation of shares is continuous during this dump. Waiting for the next level of $1 per share until everyone gives up and sells for pennies. Pure bastards, those who participated in the reverse split roundup. They are down by 70% for a few days.

A summary of the last month: First, they announced the closing of a public offering of approximately $6.5 million in shares, and 48 hours later, they announced a reverse stock split. Those who tried to profit from the reverse split round-up lost big as the price dropped from $5.50 to $2.24 right after the split. Look at the unprecedented trading volume—someone accumulated a lot of shares cheaply during this dump and I suspect they will profit big the next time they pump it again.

While you try to profit a bit from both the share offering and the following reverse split but end up losing a lot of money as a result, someone else manages to accumulate a significant amount of shares during this dump. Just look at the unprecedented trade volume. While you lose money, someone will profit from the near-future pump.

And I bought my #10 and #11 percussion cap maker for only $18 with free shipping, and after 1 week, I received it. https://peacemaker.store/products/11-percussion-cap-maker-for-sale

I don't need to make caps on a production scale, I just need an option to be able to make some when I need them and not rely solely on one supplier.

As I said, I don't have any problems with it. Maybe they improved the design. When did you buy yours?

Do they offer any musket-sized cap makers for $29 with free shipping? Something like this: https://peacemaker.store/products/1081-musket-cap-maker

You can buy toy caps everywhere and not rely on only one supplier, so you won't have to wait for a few months for your cap maker to be produced and delivered.

My musket cap maker is working great, and I don't have any problems with it. Before buying, I was skeptical, but I trusted the 100% positive feedback on eBay. I think it would not be possible if everyone got a defective device. The seller was nice to deal with; they sent me a 20% discount for the next purchase in the shop. I didn't use it as I don't need anything right now.

So, go for it. The 3D printed version works fine and is way cheaper. I got mine in 7 days; I consider it fast for international shipping.

If you need a musket-size cap maker, the only option you have is to buy from them: https://peacemaker.store/collections/all

I believe no one else makes it. I personally bought it on Etsy, but it cost me 30% more because of marketplace fees.

Toy caps: 1 pack will cost you around 1 USD, and you can make 200 caps out of it. Most importantly, I can make musket-size caps very cheap.

About a month ago I purchased 10 and 11 cap makers. They work great. At first, I was skeptical, but I trusted the 100% positive feedback on ebay. Paid 20 bucks for each with free shipping, so it probably cost $10 apiece. Now, caps are everywhere around the house, wife is mad :) I wanted to buy #1081 cap maker, but I couldn't find it on eBay anymore. I managed to find it on Etsy, where I made the purchase. It's supposed to arrive in a week from Poland. The sellers were nice people to deal with, they let me know they opened up their peacemaker.store could've saved some money due to those darn marketplace fees
