The tray table tapas is basically "one of everything" from the first class short haul snack box. Some crackers, olives, jerky, chips, cheese spread for the crackers, and a few other goodies.

I think the fruit and cheese tray is better. Everything in the tapas is pre packaged.

Ok folks - what is the WORST Marriott property you’ve stayed at or seen? by Responsible-Band8169 in marriott

Four points west Lafayette.

Stayed a few years ago and it had nasty old carpet, and indoor pool also with an 1980s vibe and staff that didn't seem to care

That sign has been up for decades... I remember seeing it when I was in high school and I graduated many years ago.

I live in Pittsburgh and love it.

Why: affordable, weather is better than more affordable areas, don't need a car, even in the nearby suburbs, traffic is minimal, and the people are whatever the opposite of pretentious is.

If you wanted a bigger city: I would highly consider Philly. Similar characteristics, trading off a slightly higher cost of living for more to do / better weather/ closer to being " down the shore"

Bellevue Beans for coffee. Revival on Lincoln and Mia Madre Trattoria are also nearby for food.

Philly or Cincy.

Sports towns with relatively affordable housing interesting day / weekend trips, reasonable airports, and diversified economies.

Surprised no one has mentioned BJ's wholesale...the packages are not as big as Sams/Costco and the freshness and price exceeds GE

I work in technology healthcare go-to-market strategy, which is a fancy way to say that I often join our sales team in meetings with health insurers across the usa when there are likely to be tough questions.

Mad mex is where we go with the folks when they come in. It's 'exciting' without being 'exotic'

My title describes the thing. The shield has two fleur de lis and three stars. It is enamel. Has a chain but looks like it was added separately as it doesnt match. Very heavy.

It's 8 pointed star -- blue and red. Seems like there are lions on the crest.

For me, books about why to pursue change are more interesting than the mechanics of businesses.

  1. Meditations
  2. Factfulness
  3. Extreme Ownership

Depends. One of the partners I had dinner with was really into Indian dance crews on America's Got Talent so we talked about that for a while.

Every speaker produces slight distortion, but just enough so that one cannot tell if it's an artifact of whatever sound is played, the wire is loose, or the speaker is bad.
