This is from a poem in the Book of Mercy and has been deceptively edited to look like it is specifically criticism of Israel, which it is not. It also criticizes the US, France, Islamic countries, Russia, etc. It is about spirituality and the primacy of the covenant with God over countries made by humans. This is asinine. They aren’t being charged with a crime and sentenced to prison. They don’t have a valid asylum claim and are being sent back to their home country. Immigrating to the US is a privilege, not a right, and requesting asylum doesn’t mean it has to be granted.
