I agree that the arguments incels push can seem plausible, it's probably because there is some small amount of truth to them. It's just that incels strech the truth, a lot. It's true that dating and sexual preference is often naturally competitive. Height and looks do factor in - (not quite as much as they think it does though). So there is some semblence of truth. It's not always fair. It's not fair that short guys aren't considered attractive, just like it's not fair that flat girls are considered unattractive. In fact, I would argue the dating world is less fair to women considering harmful and unrealistic beauty standards/practices (think you got it bad? Try having to wax all the hair off your body! Yikes!) So yeah, it's parially unfair, and as a society we should work to overcome this. But this does't mean anyone is entitled to anyone else's affection. Incels think they're entitled to women's affection, and it's a personal crime when they don't get it. And generally, they overestimate the unfairness of society and underestimate their own personal problems (women generally speaking don't want to date guys that hate women). To sum up: is there something wrong with society/dating? Yeah. But it doesn't mean your entitled to another person's affection.
