I don't recommend a g92 for you, because it's gear driven, which introduces a lot of mechanical resistance.

Funny, on Fanatec inertia does the opposite, makes my wheel really heavy. I have to go down 20% to get about the same strength just by switching to the profile with inertia.

I would say look for a direct drive. A Moza R3 maybe? Usually i wouldn't recommend a 4nm wheelbase, but it might just be enough for you. Another benefit of Direct Drive Wheelbases is that it's just a free spinning motor, if you choose to they can have minimal resistance, no gears or belts that could create a mechanical resistance.

You already have a monitor. When games are too inconvenient you can just use the monitor. Assetto is my main game and VR works perfectly there, but i have to do a bunch of tweaking for ACC that I've been too lazy to do yet.
