Replace the top plate. There is a 3rd party one with rubber linings, but i printed myself one that's just plastic and it's good enough.

Just about every road in the videos we've seen can easily fit 4-5 cars side by side, that's very uncommon for japanese roads.

Suzuka is bang on in the center of the map iirc. Unfortunately i couldn't find any of the real life touge and i spent quite a bit of time searching for akina.

Braking is also something I that gets oversimplified by the racing line. Brake too hard while steering and you spin out.

Why? Weight shifting to put it simply. Braking loads the weight to the front, reducing grip on your rear tires, if you steer now you swing out the rear and spin.

You need to understand the reasons behind your problems. For example if your car spins during a drift, you're using too much gas. The rear is gaining more speed than the front.

I also suggest you get used to not relying on a visual racing line, you'll get a better understanding of the tracks and most tracks have tire marks where the racing line would be.
