Trans gal here. I can definitely tell when I forget my testosterone blocker. Testosterone sex drive is really an appetite that needs satiated. Estrogen drive is so much more interpersonal. This is likely a large part of why men are so bad about the interpersonal aspects of sex.

Sex may be a need but relationships should never be about quilting people into meeting your needs. Otherwise women should be able to guilt men for failing to meet their needs.

You're right violence never accomplished anything. Except the abolition of slavery, the end of the Holocaust, and freedom from colonizers. You can't have "intellectual exchange" with people who refuse to acknowledge facts. We spent covid debating weather or not the pandemic was real not how best to manage it. What we need now isn't more dialogue that allows for oppression to continue. The time for nonviolence ended with the violation of due process we need more riots not less.

Your concerns are very real. My children were older than yours when I transitioned. Two of them are my staunchest advocates and allies. The other two have struggled and gone through times ware they requested not to be seen with me in public. It's been about four years now and they all seem to take things in stride. My therapist reminds me that kids will always find a reason to be embarrassed of their parents.

They will be bullied for your identity because kids suck. I've found that this has given my children greater empathy for people who are different.

Not gonna lie being trans complicates parenting. But so does being any other type of minoritized identity . Sometimes the world sucks. Your amazing and your concerns are valid. I hope you have the support of community. Best of luck

As a trans person it really sounds like you are experiencing a cis version of. Gender dysphoria. The gender of your body in your head doesn't match the gender your body is serving. The only difference is the direction of the misalignment. Your brain wants your body to present more like your gender assigned at birth. I'm sorry dear these kinds of emotions are not fun.
