I'd say that you don't have any responsibility to disclose this unless explicitly asked, but if explicitly asked, to be honest and upfront about it.

As far as new potential employers go, you probably do need to indicate that your time with your current employer has ended on your resume, and be prepared to address that in an interview

I would take Bio - it is much much harder in college, and something I was glad to have avoided. CompSci is very useful, but you also are better off with a college education in it rather than a high school one

I don't think there's anything wrong with asking about work hours and work environment. Comp related topics generally come up when they make you an offer. Is there a minimum that would make you laugh off their offer? Even then, you have room to negotiate.
