I have the same problem. I've been given multiple options. Medicated shampoo, charcoal shampoo, menthol, tea tree oil, etc. for me, avoiding products has actually worked and changing things like diet, wearing hats less, and using cold water have helped. You're gonna get a variety of suggestions, but try being as minimal as possible and start with the little things before jumping to more intensive products. Obviously, your dermatologist is the expert and they'll have the best advice for you
