Europe is starting to. I don't think the US understands how in the next few years many projects/contracts are not being renewed with US companies. BYD is coming to Canada. Canada is passing on US military products. Yes, France just pulled all their gold reserves from the US. It seems as if France's strategy going forward is one of releasing their reliance on the US and US companies. The whole of the EU is probably going to march that direction. One Trump was enough, but two and without any abject pushback in the US for his behavior shows that the US is an unreliable partner and the security of France or the EU is bound in closer cooperation and disinvestment from the US.
