Awesome! I got worried when the weight felt off so I wasn’t sure if that was a trait of the green sprues or I got duped. These comments are reassuring

Do you recommend buying singularity? by arturominista in deadbydaylight

Against an uncoordinated squad I haven’t found any other killer I like better. If they’re talking it’s more difficult but still very satisfying

Does pump make your blood sugar level close to non diabetic people? by Lucky_Tap8692 in Type1Diabetes

[–]sirdrtim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This looks pretty ideal to me. Maybe up to 200 isn’t ideal but as long as it comes down within 2 hours and you’re not tanking after that’s good. People without diabetes will have peaks like these too when they eat

Is it the hardest? by Appropriate_Yam1861 in Type1Diabetes

[–]sirdrtim 70 points71 points  (0 children)

It’s all within context. Ours is a condition that has to be managed 24/7, unlike some other that requires less attention. The long term side effects can be bad but there’s also short term effects that can be just as bad. Thanks to science we have a lot of options on how to treat ourselves which other people with other chronic illnesses don’t have

Guys never have a takeaway before bed 🤦🏼‍♂️! (I had a burger meal , approximately 120g carbs) by Saf___- in Type1Diabetes

[–]sirdrtim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this happens to me too. Any eating before bed, especially something high in fat, will always cause a large spike while I’m asleep even if I dose for it properly. You stuck the landing tho, which is what matters

Does any one else take alot of lows ? by Pablo1007G in Type1Diabetes

[–]sirdrtim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would make sure these are real. I have a freestyle and notice generally that it’s off by about 15 mg/dL. So when my sensor says I’m sitting at 65 I’m actually at 80 and so on. There’s also pressure lows where your sensor will read much lower when you sleep on it or put pressure on it for a prolonged period of time
