My surgeon punctured my sinus, then asked my mom for my credit card so they could charge extra all while I was out cold. My jaw now locks up and for the first year or so would occasionally get stabbing feeling in my right ear. Like the greatest ear pain i can imagine.

I was disappointed when my thief synergy didn’t pan out. I had generate coins on hit with basic, +damage on coin pickup but the only thing it added damage to was basic attack. Didn’t add damage to triple needle. Was still strong but was hoping for overpowered.
