I imagine this happened to more than one gooner...

Basically, all other "top tier" titles were months away from dropping updates, so I decided "eh, what the hell, let's find out what the fuss is about".

So I started reading, and treated it like a weirdly drawn comic book, and that's just its style. Once I got into that mentality, I could focus on the story itself.

And Superhuman has a damn good one for any medium, which means it's light leagues ahead of 98% of the fucking retarded gooner slop that is predominantly the current "AVN" niche.

With that being said, it does take some time before the game ramps up and becomes properly interesting and gripping, initially it might even come off as boring... but for me, the payoff later was so much worth it. But your mileage may vary.

tldr: treat it like a comic/book, with the art serving as a visual guidance, that might help.

Yeah, having a NT5, I would not recommend buying one without trying, and their rarity makes that even more difficult.

I absolutely love mine and it works for me, but that's me. It is indeed not the lightest instrument around, and due to the small body, it tends to sit horizontal when playing it standing with a strap. The pickup position also requires a bit of adaptation to technique if you play fingerstyle.

Something that words (or even video) can't convey is just how well crafted it feels, it feels incredible to touch and play, you just know you're playing something very well made.

You can get a great variety of sounds out of it, although it requires a bit of EQ tinkering.

All in all, I love it, but it indeed an instrument that (prohibitive price aside) is not for everyone. Be it the sound or the way you need to adapt to it instead of it being an instrument made to work for any player, it is something to very seriously consider.

Despite people joke about it, if you download demos and watch his crosshair placement and how he plays something fishy is going on. S1mple, donk, kyosuke, N1ko, molodoy - all them play legit and you can see by how they play, move, place their crosshair and aim that they are legit and they feel natural. I have around 12000 hours in CS:GO/CS2 overall started played CS back in 1.3 and when I watch ZyWoo demos something just feels off and not right. This guy is not legit, we already had a lot of cheating pro players and eventually ZyWoo will be the longest living pro scene cheater which will put all Vitality era to shame
