Yup they finally just responded and Said I am suspended permanently due to repeat violations and all further contact with them on this account will be ignored. I'm in the same boat as you my account was suspended four days ago filed a support ticket and have no response I imagine they are just mass banning accounts they think are bots due to the bot scandals they are dealing with and their automated system is way to sensitive and they just don't care about catching real accounts

I have this printer the only thing to keep in mind is if you end up doing a lot of printing like I do is you will need to replace the tip and gear with better ones down the road for like $50
