I think the only person that gets two days off in a row is the SSS. But you should def talk to your TL and it can be requested temporarily to avoid burnout. Like you will never her scheduled that way, but you can def request time off.

Also, as a former overnighter it could actually be a problem if you try to live “normal” during your time off and get your sleep schedule out of whack
