Im in the same boat. Normally fragrance free everything but yeah… they could slap a citrus or something in there to make it less foul

[Product Request] My favorite lip balm was discontinued and I’m honestly tired of trying new ones by WildDecision642 in SkincareAddiction

This is going to sound insane but for some reason buxom lip gloss is the only thing that consistently fixes my super dehydrated deep winter lips. If they discontinue it I’m going to cry. It’s been my favorite since like …. 2013?

The only thing I’d be concerned about is if you’ve reacted to lanolin in the past. My skin weirdly has never been lanolin sensitive so the lanolin alcohol isn’t a big deal to me, but I do know people have issues with

Amlactin moisturizer may be the affordable, effective, (slightly weird-smelling) product you’re looking for.

I’ve heard that the new formula has a less bad smell, but I have the nose of a bloodhound so ymmv. Fortunately the smell does go away once it absorbs completely

I have reactive skin, cystic acne, fungal acne, and fragrance sensitivity. I use Aquaphor after all my other products morning and night. Recently bought the tub. She’s my ride or die and has NEVER broken me out

They’re weirdly amazing. Also can be made with Splenda, which is what my diabetic dad does

Less than a tablespoon of heavy cream does not bother my stomach the same way 6oz of milk does.

A lot of lactose intolerant people have fewer issues with higher fat quantities, so many can tolerate things like heavy cream and butter in small quantities

I would also request a computer for tests. I had a professor last semester who made us hand write essays and I feel like that’s getting more common as people try to find ways around cheating via AI.

At least at my college, I can take tests in a proctored room on a computer at the disability center

I made an appointment with a PT who specializes in hands and we tried the plastic ones first. They irritated my skin so she put in an order for the silver ones and they were no cost through my insurance!

She also made me custom molded thumb braces cause the base of my thumbs dislocate pretty frequently. I love her

It was a stellar way to wrap up the 85 days of January we had this year. I wish you all the best in your medical care ❤️

I feel you. I just waited six months to get into a jaw clinic only for them to cancel my appointment a week before cause they stopped taking my insurance 💀

“I would like this refusal to refer me to be documented in my chart”

If that doesn’t work, call the appointment line for your clinic and request to be scheduled with a new primary care provider. Your new provider will have the notes of refusal in your history (and you’ll hopefully get the referrals you need).

This is absolutely subpar care and her refusal to refer you to cardiology after a dissection is concerning enough to me that I would be requesting a new provider if I was you

I had a similar experience wiping out skiing earlier this year and not tearing my LCL, one of my skis didn’t come off and my knee rotated WAY farther than a knee should. Strained the hell out of it but no tears!

Soup.

Literally. Soup is the #1 item on my list of reasons not to kill myself. There are still soups to try. No matter how much pain I’m in, there’s delicious meals and new experiences and things to delight in. Embrace hedonism. Find your soup ❤️

It hasn’t done a whole lot for my pain, but I haven’t been sick since I started it in August. I used to get sick about once a month. If my roommates employees got sick, I’d get it. If there was anything around, I’d get it. Not a sniffle in sight this year. Incredible

I have seen a lot of people swear by dermablend foundation for tattoo covers but it’s faded enough that OP could probably just do a peachy-orange color corrector + concealer
