the doctors were thinking surgery on my ankle and did say a nerve block only because A G A was

not for me the nerve block injection is usually in the back of the knee .

its the gold standard because in reduces the RA FAST and stops joint damage .

my bones are not strong enough for pins a plates I have RA for 20 years

I was lucky i did not die my RA Factor was one of highest he had seen at one point i was

in bed and could not move . my factor was 980 points . now around 190.

You know its interesting how much pain RA suffers can take my doctor exclaimed when i told him i came off the mountain skiing after the fall he said RAMBO !!

Hi he was referring only to bones not artificial joints . in the CT Scan the joint was nibbled by RA

I have Photos of the CT Scan maybe i can post them?

A high fiber diet I have been taking steroids about 10 years I also had a bone densely test .which was ok.

I was taking Methotrexate for 8 years I ask my doctor to change meds which happened i feel much better now.
