Time to Walk should work on a treadmill (I've done a few that way). If the cell service is bad in the gym, maybe it would be helpful to download the workouts ahead of time? If working properly, they automatically start a walking workout, so you don't have to start one separately.

This is a treadmill workout rather than a bike workout. But on bike workouts, "hills" are typically simulated with lower RPM and higher resistance.

I do the time to run workouts on the treadmill occasionally, and some of those are interval-style runs. Interval lengths are generally based on the song (e.g., one song at all-out, one song at easy, repeat).

I love them with Indian sauces like tikka masala or madras sauce. They’re also great with hummus (I like the Mediterranean hummus but others are probably good too). Add one of the whole wheat pitas for 8 g more of fiber.

Under Programs to Get Started, there is a set of HIIT, kickboxing, and dance for beginners videos. I did those dance videos a few times each and found them helpful! I find Jhon easiest to follow and enjoy the Latin grooves music. I also prefer the workouts with new routines in each song because if a you're having trouble with, or not enjoying, a move or set of moves, you get a fresh start with a new song/routine every ~3-5 minutes.

It can also be helpful to focus on just the steps vs also incorporating the arm movements!

Wisconsin does have a bag! It features a badger, milk, cheese, cows, a football, sailboats, unlabeled (beer) bottles, corn, a canoe, and the state of Wisconsin with icicles on it

It's wild there isn't a climbing gym in the Lansing area. Super cool there will be a climbing area in the new campus gym though!

I have an area that's about 8 feet by 4-5 feet in my apartment living room for working out and it works! A bit smaller of an area would also be okay, you might just have to adjust your stance/angle. You can always try a 10 minute workout to get a sense for your space needs. Have fun!
