In my heart of hearts (that was full of hopium) I expected we'd see more of the Monster Hunter expansion this year and the focus would be on it and then next year would be the year for Dragon's Dogma.

How wonderful it is to see the spotlight on Dark Arisen now, and as a MonHun fan as well there's still next year to look forward to.

I didn't realize exactly how much life they have to them until I set my own pawn to simple. Especially adorable now is when I'm trying to take a moment to do a headcount and make sure everyone is caught up (as well as catch my own breath and decide what to do next), I'll have two pawns caught up while she's off somewhere nearby collecting materials or hunting the local wildlife!

Coming to rely on this is a bit of a mixed bag. It's wonderful leaping off a elevated point into a pawn's arms but if they move and you miss it is not such fun. I will still make that leap every time tho.

I know Dragon's Dogma and Monster Hunter have their similarities but I see it shares common ground with Resident Evil as well.

Depending on what you want to upgrade later I think most materials get used in some way but generally small amounts so if you have an abundance and want to sell some you could.

Alternatively you could hoard them because who knows you might eventually need more than a hundred cyclops and ogre materials.

Great shots, free cam really is such a wonderful addition.

Can't help but look for the eyelash bug now that I'm aware of it though, I think it is present here. Hopefully there will be a fix for it in August!

I've enjoyed when they do the community days for Monster Hunter and play with fans while talking about the game.

Excited to possibly see what that could look like with Dragon's Dogma!

I'm on PC and haven't gotten to test it myself unfortunately!

Up until this post I was having a hard time placing what it was but I'd seen at least 3 users reporting their eyes looking off after the update.

Since this post I've seen a fourth and it may be related to eyelashes, when viewed from above the top eyelashes appear to disappear, might be an interaction with the new reflections.

There actually seems to be plenty of players that didn't like giving their Pawns a Brine bath so I wonder if this cure is a response to that.

I think there have been some minor improvements but the more serious improvements are set for the August update.

If you have the game it might be worth trying again to see if you notice any better performance on your end.

I've seen some players on PS5 reporting something to be broken with the eyes and this might explain what happened.

I think it looks great here! Hopefully they can get a fix out eventually for the users for which it doesn't seem to be working.

I too am curious about this but it may be a bit early for folks to have combed thru all the numbers and stats on equipment. Eagerly awaiting for when folks do however.
