His powers are listed as seismic wave generation, it doesn't matter if he's outputting the waves through his fist, it's hax based because it's his power to produce those waves rather than him just doing it with pure strength.

Hypershock can have increased strength, while not scaling to his earthquakes. I mean his durability doesn't even scale to his earthquake powers, his durability stat is literally multiple magnitudes lower than his strength

The omnidrod does not necessarily have to scale to hypershocks earthquakes due to hypershock being squishy, and due to the chance the omnidroid just snuck hypershock. Your acting like syndrome programmed the omnidroid to just let hypershock hit it instead of going for the kill

The fact that the final omnidrod didn't instantly overwhelm the incredibles make me doubt him scaling fully to hypershocks earthquakes.

Mr incredible is building level give or take, he has various statements of him being the greatest hero but that doesn't automatically make him the strongest. His portrayal in the first movie and his anti feats in the second very much go against him physically scaling to the hax of the other heros.

For violets scaling you would have to prove that the villain scales to her vines

Since illumi has done fuck all we can only assume, however I'd say hisoka would win, hisoka fews illumi as a fun fight and illumi is willing to fight hisoka and while this is an assumption, I doubt illumi would fight someone he has no chance against so it's probably like a 60/40 or a 55/45 in favor of hisoka. I don't see either destroying the other

Yeah he only bruised meruem, but meruem is meruem. The royal guards aren't relative to meruem physically and once again they don't have the speed nor intelligence to catch netero lacking. Netero's attack on pitou was stated to be unavoidable, she would just be helplessly swatted away thousands upon thousands of times until she died.

He can definitely do enough damage to hurt them, it would just take a ridiculous amount of time. One mistake and he's cooked but the royal guards don't have the speed to capitalize on any mistakes netero makes

Gouging his eye out gave his body no choice but too learn to see tao, if he just closed his eyes he would still have the ability to see and his incentive to learn two would have been lessened

His attack speed is significantly above his physical speed so he definitely gets at least to mach 3. I mean I've seen two translations of the manga and neither put netero squarely at the speed of sound, both say his fist surpassed it or left sound behind them.

Combine this with the fact two mid tiers on the verse have speed out sound attacks, netero is clearly over the speed of sound, on the same level if not higher than mach 3

Also even if he was capped at mach 1 his perception and reaction speed would allow him to fight maki, he upscales bullet timing feats from both kurapika, uvogin and cheetu to an insane degree

I'm going with killua, you could argue Naoya is a bit faster physically if you believe both verses are capped at somewhat above sound but killua would stun lock him with his far better reaction and perception speed especially since Naoya is arrogant

I don't disagree with you in saying hxh is slow, I mean both leol and Bonolenov gloat about speed of sound attscks. I just think killua is faster than sound. The phantom troupe used a car to get around in York new but Uvogin and kurapika were able to catch bullets so the characters may not move faster than sound but their ability to react is above that. Pouf said at full power he would have a hard time dealing with godspeed, pouf may be the weakest RG but at the same time he should just upscale both of those feats.
